【 Cancellation Policy / キャンセルポリシー】

The following cancellation fees will apply based on the date of notice relative to your scheduled arrival date. All dates and times are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
・From booking confirmation up to 31 days prior: Free of charge
・30 to 15 days prior: 30% of the total accommodation fee
・14 to 8 days prior: 50% of the total accommodation fee
・7 days prior to arrival, on the day, or No-Show: 100% of the total accommodation fee
*Cancellation deadline: 11:59 PM (JST) of the day before the penalty period begins

キャンセル料は、宿泊日から起算して以下の通り申し受けます。日時の判定はすべて日本時間（JST）を基準といたします。
・予約確定 ～ 31日前まで：無料
・30日前 ～ 15日前まで：宿泊料金の 30%
・14日前 ～ 8日前まで：宿泊料金の 50%
・7日前 ～ 当日・不泊：宿泊料金の 100%
